Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, with original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons related to health and wellness products, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered items, except in cases of damage, incorrect product, or expiry issues.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
